Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Automatic Renewal Disclosure

By purchasing a subscription product from Blisso, you agree that your order will automatically renew at the selected delivery frequency unless canceled.

You authorize Blisso to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the product(s) selected, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, until you cancel.

The recurring charge amount and billing frequency will be disclosed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.


2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription by:

  • Logging into your customer account portal and selecting “Manage Subscription,” then following the cancellation instructions; or

  • Contacting our support team at support@blissopet.com and providing your full name and order number.

Cancellation requests received after the three (3) business day cutoff may result in the upcoming order being processed and shipped.


3. Billing & Fulfillment

Subscription orders are billed automatically according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Once a subscription order has been billed and entered fulfillment, we are unable to cancel, modify, redirect, or refund that shipment.


4. Satisfaction Guarantee – First Order Only

Blisso’s 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies strictly to your first purchase only.

If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a refund within ninety (90) days of the delivery date. Upon approval, we will refund the full purchase price of that initial order.

For subscription purchases, this guarantee applies only to the first shipment of the subscription. All subsequent subscription renewals, refills, or recurring shipments are not eligible for refund under the satisfaction guarantee.


5. Return Policy for Consumable Products

Due to the nature of consumable pet health products, products that have left our fulfillment facility are not eligible for return.
