We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@blissopet.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
