It’s stinks and my cat won’t eat it. How do I return for refund?

Our cats did not like the smell or taste of the pellet foods, just smelled it, took a couple small nibbles and walked away and did not eat it. They did not like it! My husband has been very sick and can't come home any more. He stays all the time in a Veteran's Home in Oxford, NY. I can't do any drops for the cats. We have 11 rescue cats and they do not want to cooperate so can't use it. It is of no use for me with the cats!!!!

My cats will not partake of the multivitamin. They smell it and walk away.

The smell of the vitamins was very strong; and, my cats would not even try it. I would like to return it.
